Your only job during the massage session is to lie there and relax.

Lymphatic massage drainage is an ultra-light, relaxing massage therapy that promotes the movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body. The lymphatic system is the body’s plumbing and filtration system; as part of the circulatory and immune systems, it uses vessels and nodes to collect, filter, destroy, and dump waste, fat, and harmful bacteria. Lymphatic drainage massage is intended to stimulate lymph nodes and increase rhythmic contractions of the lymph vessels so that stagnant lymphatic fluid can be rerouted to the circulatory system.

HOT STONE MASSAGE
A hot stone massage is a type of therapy that uses smooth, heated stones, usually made of basalt, to provide warmth and relax the muscles. During the treatment, hot stones on specific points along your body, known as acupressure points, to promote relaxation and relieve tension. Additionally, the therapist may also use the stones as an extension of their hands, applying gentle pressure and gliding the stones along your muscles; this combination of heat and pressure helps to ease muscle stiffness, improve circulation, and calm the mind. Hot stone massages are often used to alleviate muscle tension, reduce stress, and provide a heightened feeling of relaxation providing many physical and mental health benefits.
