BREATHWORK

This therapeutic breathwork practice will help you to lower stress, diffuse anxiety, boost your immune system function, release mental and emotional blockages, and explore the subconscious, all while lying in a comfortable, rested position. 

Unlike traditional breathing done in a yoga or meditation class, this Super Ventilation Breathwork class is a more intense experience aimed to support both your physical and mental wellbeing. By increasing oxygen levels and releasing carbon dioxide from the body, this breath experience will take you into a heightened psycho-neurologic and spiritual space, allowing you to release and reset from the inside out.

While this practice may elicit a strong physical or emotional reaction and release, you will leave this class feeling lighter and more energized, inviting you into a blissful state of transformation.

After the breathwork portion is complete, the session will end with a guided meditation and sound bath.

We currently offer this 60-minute experience on a monthly basis - on Tuesdays at 7:30pm.
